Client: This was my father's home. We need this transaction to be as smooth and quick as possible.
Me: Well, I believe that I am the right person for this job!
Client: I certainly hope so because I selected you over several big-name Real Estate companies.
Me: You selected the right company. Our niche is fix and list so that you can concentrate on other things with your father's estate. The disposition of the house should now be the least of your worries.
Client: I certainly hope so. My siblings and I are depending on you to make this happen.
Me: No worries. It will take us a week to get the house prepped for the market, and I believe I can sell it in two weeks!
Client: That's wonderful. I hope that's the case.
Me: .... (one week and 48 hours later) BOOM! The house was prepped and under contract after being on the market for less than 48 hours!
