If you are one of our customers who has a plan through the affordable care act with Blue Cross Blue Home UNC health alliance and you go to Piedmont Health Services as your primary care doctor please give us a call as we just found out they are no longer going to be in network with this plan for next year.

Open enrollment for the affordable care act has started and runs through December 15th.

For our customers who have Aetna CVS Health as their insurance please get in touch with us to go over your renewal as you will be rolled into a plan with Ambetter. You all might have already received a bill from Ambetter for January. Please let us help you with our renewal first before paying that bill.

With the subsidies changing for 2026 please make sure you reach out to us so that we can help you through company changes and premium changes. Call our office at 336-598-0594 and we will be glad to help you through this time.

Duke and Aetna have reached an agreement and will remain in network!

Duke Health and Aetna on Friday announced a new multi-year agreement.

For our customers who are on Aetna plans, we are aware of the letter you all received that states Duke Health will no longer be in network as of 10/20/2025. Please call our office to further discuss what is going on between Aetna and Duke Health at this moment. Aetna and Duke are still currently in negotiations to keep Aetna in network with Duke.
