This week, we are proud to shine our employee spotlight on Sales Representative and Investment Planning Services Specialist Aaron Chesney.

Aaron has been a valued member of our Rowlett team for the past two years and has recently transitioned into a specialized role focused on setting up investment and retirement accounts for our clients. His dedication to growth and providing exceptional service continues to make a meaningful impact on both our team and our customers.

Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Brody and Maya, often taking them on long walks or to the dog park. In his free time, he also enjoys playing video games, cheering on the New York Mets, and exploring his passion for cooking.

Today we’re proud to highlight our Sales Supervisor, Michael!

Based in our Rowlett office at Christian Serrano State Farm, Michael leads a team of three outstanding team members with a strong focus on teamwork, growth, and delivering excellent service to our customers. His leadership, work ethic, and positive energy make a meaningful impact on both our team and the clients we serve every day.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time doing what he loves most—being with his family. He and his wife (his best friend!) are raising three kids, along with their lively crew of three dogs and two fish. When he’s not leading his team, you can find him watching movies, gaming with his kids, camping, or fishing—sometimes even on his lunch break!

Born and raised in Texas, Michael takes pride in his roots and lives out his values daily. His faith and love for Jesus are at the center of his life, guiding both his personal and professional journey.

Junior plays a vital role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our new policyholders. He is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, strengthening retention, and helping clients fully understand and utilize their policies. From assisting with the Drive Safe & Save® program to reviewing coverages, verifying policy accuracy, and conducting needs-based reviews, Junior goes above and beyond to support our clients every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Junior is a proud father of three daughters, ages 16, 14, and 5. He loves spending quality time with his family—whether that’s catching a movie, trying out new restaurants, or heading out on road trips together. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, staying active, and playing sports with friends.

Karina is a devoted wife of 30 years and a proud mom of four, and nothing brings her more joy than time spent with her family. Whether they’re sharing a great meal, enjoying a musical, or listening to K-pop together, she treasures every moment. A true foodie at heart—especially when it comes to Asian cuisine—Karina is always eager to explore new flavors and experiences.

She takes incredible pride in her children’s educational accomplishments, and her life is rooted in a strong faith, trusting God to guide each step along the way.

Our employee spotlight this week is on a very special member of our team, one of our bilingual service representatives in Rowlett, Sandra Stubbe. Not only is Sandra one of our more tenured employees, but as Christian’s own mother she holds a particularly important place in Christian’s heart and the heart of the office.

Sandra is the proud mother of two sons, Christian and Giovanni Serrano, and the grandmother of four; family is the center of her life. She was raised with strong values of love, unity, and responsibility, which she continues to carry with her every day. She’s had the privilege of working alongside Christian for many years, supporting his journey and celebrating his success—something that fills her with pride and gratitude.

Outside of the office, she has a passion for adventure and loves to travel. Whether it’s camping, exercising, jogging, or simply enjoying nature, she feels happiest exploring the world and creating new memories along the way. ✈️🌿

This week our spotlight is turned to our most tenured Sales Representative operating out of our Rockwall/Heath office location, Christopher Ramos! 👋🏻

Chris is a dedicated and driven professional with six years of experience at Christian Serrano’s Insurance Agency, where he’s built strong relationships and developed a deep understanding of helping others protect what matters most.

Outside of work, Chris prioritizes staying physically active and maintaining a strong relationship with God, which keeps him grounded and focused. He spends most of his free time with his girlfriend of five years, Kelly, and he also values quality time with his family and friends.

In his downtime, Chris enjoys exploring new foods and discovering new movies and shows. He strives to live a balanced life centered on growth, connection, and purpose.
