Meet Angie Lopez! Originally from Colombia, Angie moved to the United States with her parents at 18. She credits much of who she is today to her mother’s love, strength, and encouragement, which helped her earn her college degree and build a life she’s proud of. ❤️

Faith and family are at the heart of Angie’s life. She’s a proud mom to Danny (16), Andrew (11), and Sophie (7) and loves spending quality time with her family. She is also grateful to share this chapter of her life with someone special who shares her faith, values, and love for family. Outside of work, you can find her dancing, catching a movie, trying new restaurants, getting ice cream, or simply enjoying time with the people she loves. 🍦🎬💃

Before joining our agency, Angie spent 13 years as a teacher, and she brings that same patience, compassion, and heart for helping others to our team. In her five months with the agency, she has especially enjoyed serving our Spanish-speaking community, helping customers feel welcomed and cared for, and offering extra support during the claims process.

We’re so glad to have Angie as part of the team and can’t wait to see her continue to grow! ❤️

At just 19 years old, Andrea has already discovered how much she enjoys connecting with people and making a difference in their lives. Before joining our team, she worked as a waitress, where she developed a love for meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others—skills that have carried over beautifully into her role as an Insurance Advisor.

Andrea takes pride in building trust with her customers and making sure they feel comfortable and confident with their insurance decisions. She enjoys educating customers about their coverage options, answering questions, and helping them find the protection that fits their needs. For Andrea, it’s about more than insurance—it’s about creating genuine connections and making a positive impact. 💙

Outside of the office, Andrea is continuing her education at Eastfield College. When she’s not working or studying, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring museums and amusement parks, and enjoying cookouts filled with good food and even better company! 🌎🎢🍔

We’re excited to spotlight Jesse Arroyo, one of our Sales Representatives at Christian Serrano State Farm!

At 31 years old, Jesse brings a decade of experience in the hospitality and service industry, including 10 years working in hotels. That experience helped him build the confidence and people skills to make the transition into insurance sales—and he’s been loving every minute of it!

For Jesse, one of the most rewarding parts of his role is being able to genuinely help people find the right coverage and protect what matters most, especially within his Hispanic community. ❤️

Outside of the office, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their daughter, Avi. He’s also a passionate Dallas sports fan, an avid cook and griller, and loves experimenting with new recipes and cooking techniques. When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find him watching the game with friends, playing pickup basketball, or getting competitive over a video game. 🏀🎮🏈
