To continue the successful expansion of their retail center empire, one of our very close and valued owner-operator client came to us for additional capital.

We structured a creative $44,500,000 loan to help them turn the equity of their property into flexible capital for various use. $34,500,000 of it was a refinance of their original loan. We then tapped $10,000,000 for a working capital line which provides them the option, ability, and flexibility to use these funds for acquisitions, operations, and other future opportunities.
