I gotta be honest I HATE the down payment assistance programs they require 2 underwriters ugh...BUT they have helped put so many families in a home that otherwise would not have been able to.

For this, I am 100% appreciative.

Please know that you do not need 20% down for your home purchase. We have 3% down options and also even yes, down payment assistance options.

Take advantage of every tool we have to ensure you get into your next home!

Here is a tip...

If you have an iPhone...

1. Set Paper Down On Desk

2. Hold Down the Notes App

3. A Pop Up will come up which will have several options, one is SCAN DOCUMENT - Select this option.

4. Scan documents - this will save to the NOTES app

5 Press the ... button - Send a Copy (via text or email)
