I was looking rough after the hospital stay so I thought I’d try to give myself a haircut. Well that didn’t work out too good, so I had to get some professional help from my homie, Cookie Zamarripa!!

For the last few weeks, I have been dealing with complication from my fibromyalgia and pancreatitis.

While I never want to be in that place again, but it gave me time to pause and think about what’s really important in my life and I realized I finally have to get serious about my overall health.

I was told by a fantastic nurse in the hospital to try out a Keto diet so any advise is welcome and appreciated.

I also just want to thank everyone who reached out to me, visited me while I was in the hospital, or took care of me while I have been recovering!

My friend and family are the best and I appreciate everyone more than you know.

Thank y’all for giving me my strength back!!!

I want to thank my good buddies, D. Mann and Pree Poonati!!

Not only have they helped me to get out my own way for the last few months, Dan is always asking me the hard questions of why I am taking an action and recently Pree introduced me to the book Atomic Habits!!

The last few months have been a trying time as I dealt with the loss of two amazing friends that were my brothers.
I usually have the enthusiasm to conquer what’s ahead whether it was overcoming fibromyalgia or dealing with losses in the past but I was finding it very hard to find the will to do what I needed to get to the life I want.

Both Pree and Dan listened to my whine and provided plenty of cheese and guidance on small steps to get my confidence back. They helped me see that I was procrastinating by being in motion rather than taking imperfect action!

Then I found by reading the book that by stacking what I didn’t want to do with an activity I liked to do, the harder task was easier to start . And by using the two minute rule it made it simpler into forming some new habits!

It’s not just a regular day! It’s the third best day of the year, after my birthday and Christmas! Only three holidays in my book!

Hey guys, I NEVER share these types of things, but I'm working with a mentor who's forcing me to celebrate my past year's wins right now!

I’ve recently helped these people get the following results:

1. I’ve been able to run & operate two local facebook groups with over 67,000 members.

2. I’ve helped over 50 people get a deeper understanding of how much home they can actually afford without being house poor!

3. I helped 5 people who were stuck with high rates reduce their monthly mortgage payment and gain equity from their home, now they are able to pay off excess debt and have more cash flow.

4. Advised over 20 people go from renting and paying higher rents this year to owning their dream home within 3-6 months, even if they had a bad credit history

5. I studied for and achieved both my Texas Insurance and Mortgage Loan Officer license in the last year and that has helped me to coach homeowners on how to keep their mortgage payments low since insurance is part of your mortgage payment!

6. And for a final awesome win, the local under-8 soccer team that I coach won 5 of their 7 games this year! And two players have signed up for private lessons!
