Roswell! It’s time for the Weekly Local Lunch!

This weeks pick is The Fickle Pickle!

I got the chicken and avocado sandwich… it was fantastic! Chicken was grilled but crispy and fresh. Bread was great, and the basil mayo takes the cake!

Very friendly service too- it was my first time there so she kindly walked me through the menu! There are a few others I want to try- but trying to be “healthy” and avoid the fried stuff. I hear the sweet potato fries are great.

The home insurance market is TOUGH right now.

In years past, insurance companies didn’t ding you as much for filing a claim. Today, claims frequency has a large impact on your rates and your long term insurability.

High deductibles can keep your rates down, while also protecting your insurability by limiting small claims.

“Small” and “catastrophic” are so different to everyone’s unique situation so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to this. Talking to an experienced agent can help you make sure you have the right plan for your unique insurance and financial future.

I had to make a follow up post as a shout out. I tried The Savory Gourmet Market for the first time today! I can’t believe I waited so long to give them a shot. I got the Prosciutto Di Parma. Food was so fresh, people were so nice, plenty of parking(can be rare here in Roswell) and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food.

Thanks to Roswell Georgia Community for the recommendations! I have a few more to work through.

We might have to make this a Weekly Local Lunch tradition! What do you think?

Happy Presidents Day!

Did you know that this holiday was originally to honor George Washington's birthday on February 22nd? Now it is the 3rd Monday in February and meant to honor all Presidents. Also, another fun trivia fact for you, contrary to my picture, George Washington never lived in the White House.

**Probability Vs. Consequences**

Insurance can be expensive! And to many of us, it can feel like a burden if you have never filed claims.
