If you don't yet know, President Trump has negotiated huge savings on many prescriptions to the same lower prices that the pharmacies charge other countries. Go to trumprx.gov - it is a link to the pharmacies that honor his negotiated prices. GLP-1s and fertility drugs are just 2 of these many prescriptions. Now with a prescription from your doctor you can get several of the GLP-1s for $50/month. This will be in effect until Dec 31, 2027 and hopefully renegotiated after that.

PLEASE JUST CALL A LOCAL REALTOR THEY CAN HELP YOU WITH ALL OF YOUR REALESTATE NEEDS- If you are going to search for a property using realtor.com, Zillow, redfin, etc. etc. do not request information on the home - just call a local realtor. These internet search companies charge 35% to 45% of your realtors commission just to put you on hold and make a phone call and connect you to a local realtor. In this situation the realtors hands are tied and cannot give you a break on commissions. Just call a local realtor.
