Wait a minute, you do what? and you are getting a divorce?
One part of my business that is so painful....but I also know how much damage can be done to a family, kids, finances, all of it. I have watched these go smoothly, and then like something right out of Hollywood. I have helped so many couples and families navigate through this.
Life is not perfect...life is not fair....I remember hearing a Pastor friend once saying, "all marriages are made in heaven, BUT not That one"
I pray you never experience this. I am for the family.....
But when it does get to this....many times it is what you are NOT TOLD, that will cost you greatly. Knowing how to navigate this when there is a house or houses involved, having to move and buy a house, sell a house, pay off an X2B, who is on the loan, who is on title, how do you fix all this, how to stay out of the mess......and with someone and a team that truly cares about you and your family.....
Yeah, this is not a great topic.....but if it happens or you feel like it is going to happen, call me...yes, even before your divorce attorney....(you would not believe the bad advice I have heard that divorce attorneys have told people related to their houses and mortgages!)
This is a niche of my business I don't normally talk about that much....it is very hard....heck one couple were referred to me from another state because they just don't want anyone in town to know what is going on.....
Yes, I am a mortgage guy, but also part time counselor, part time friend, part time person to just listen and hold some people's hands and let them know..... you are going to be ok...
