📅 Closing earlier in the month usually means paying more prepaid interest at closing, while closing later in the month generally means less prepaid interest upfront. Also me 3 hours later:

✔️ Replaying every embarrassing moment from the last 10 years
✔️ Planning my entire future
✔️ Remembering random conversations that don't matter
✔️ Solving problems I don't even have yet
✔️ Wondering if I should start a new business, move to another state, or learn a new hobby
