Don't break it, MAKE IT 💯

It takes a lot to stay with it. To be disciplined enough even when the work gets tiring. When you feel that urge to quit, challenge it. Quiet your mind, and just do the work. It doesn't matter what you did. What are you doing NOW? Stay with it. Don't let the doubt get you. You're stronger than that. It's a Tough climb, but the view is more than worth it. 1. Hit the Gym. Start working out every day. If you struggle with motivation then find a workout that you enjoy doing. Could be weight lifting, yoga, running, swimming, etc. Just GET Active 💪.

2. Work. Research. Learn. Start learning new skills, and experiences that will cause you to Grow and Become🏋️BETTER. Unleash your Full potential by expanding your mind to different things. Face your fears, tell your mind, "I know your just trying to protect me, but I've GOT THIS".

3. Plan. Figure out what it is you want to do, and what it will take to get you there. Track your Progress, and be CONSISTENT. Wake up everyday, and CHOOSE to WIN. Go Hard, and Stay Strong✊.
