Not only did he ensure I was prepared for each step of my home buying journey in terms of loan (the initial application process, pre-approvals, and also approval/closing procedures), but he also went above and beyond to explain various types of loans, how various aspects of my situation can factor into the loan, and how my decisions on each part would affect the final agreement. He was also very responsive to questions and said his goal to make sure at no point in the process was it waiting on him for information-- that remained the case the whole time. He was so on top of the details on his role and the larger process that he exceeded in every task that gave him opportunity to do so whether that was speed, detail, efficiency, or resourcefulness in crafting a loan situation that was right for me.
I also looked into several other companies briefly, but there was never a doubt that Ryan was working to get me the best deal, and the other companies didn't offer the same rates nor services that Ryan did.
Inital conversations with Ryan gave me the confidence I needed to start the home buying search (and eventually close on my new home). Huge thanks to him for his insight and it was a great experience all around!
