VA SUCCESS!

Why it is important to work with a lender who specializes in VA Lending:

There was a file that was flagged for income issues with an underwriter. They would not accept their income and therefor meant that the borrower would have to either change lenders, programs ($11,000 cost!) or heaven forbid back out of the deal all together.

As a VA specialist I am quick thinking and familiar with the guidelines and therefor rest assured, my buyer was in great hands. We were able to clear this condition and get them Clear to Close with plenty of time! They were able to use their full VA benefits with bringing in 0% Down Payment and got a great rate.

If you are a veteran looking to buy or finance you MUST make sure you are working with a lender who knows how to navigate the process or you will end up costing yourself.

Tiff cannot stress enough how important it is to invest in YOURSELF!
