Meet Cherokee Moore, Vice President of Parallel Wealth Partners.

Cherokee’s career has been shaped by leadership, communication, and a deep belief that business should create lasting impact beyond profit alone. Before entering finance and real estate, he spent nearly a decade with the United States Postal Service, where he managed more than 200 employees daily at a high-volume facility and became recognized as one of the USPS’s top-producing supervisors.

He later transitioned into finance, quickly rising into senior leadership roles through his ability to connect strategy, people, and ex*****on. Over the years, Cherokee has helped structure and support hundreds of real estate, mortgage, and investment transactions spanning residential development, lending, and long-term wealth strategy.

Beyond business, Cherokee has remained deeply committed to education and community impact. Through his work with Conscious Assets, he helped bring financial literacy education to thousands of students across schools throughout the Greater Sacramento region, introducing youth to concepts surrounding wealth building and ownership. Cherokee also previously served as Vice President of the Tuskegee Airmen, helping introduce underserved youth to aviation while supporting college grants and educational opportunities for students and single parents.

Cherokee is also a published academic, a member of the Honors Society Phi Theta Kappa, and a writer whose research and opinion pieces have sparked regional conversations surrounding humanitarian and social issues.

Meet Andy Jacobs, our Director of Analytics.

Over the course of a 31-year entrepreneurial career, Andy built and successfully sold two seven-figure companies: a mobile shredding business and an office furniture installation company. His career has been defined not only by business growth, but by discipline, long-term vision, and the ability to create value from the ground up.

Andy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western International University and is also a published author. Earlier in life, he received an appointment to United States Military Academy, an institution that selects only a small percentage of applicants from a pool of more than 10,000 candidates annually.

Since 2016, Andy has also been a licensed real estate professional, bringing his decades of business experience into the worlds of real estate, analytics, and strategic growth.

In October 2025, PWP, in conjunction with Brett Swartz, founder of Capital Gains Tax Solutions, and Paul Bianchi, CEO and founder of The Bianchi Group, hosted a fundraising and awareness event at one of our local luxury projects in support of Agape International Missions.

Together, we raised $40,000 in a single night to combat human trafficking. These funds will directly contribute to the recovery, rescue, and long-term support of at least 13 young girls who have survived s*x trafficking.

AIM works globally to rescue victims of human trafficking, provide safe housing, trauma-informed care, and long-term restoration services, while also working on the ground to disrupt trafficking networks and prevent exploitation before it happens.

This work is a reminder that real estate, capital, and community can be used for something larger than business alone. It can be used to restore dignity and protect the vulnerable.

Zane began his career as a Special Operations Marine and later served as a Lieutenant with the San Francisco Police Department. In both roles, leadership meant accountability under pressure, where decisions carried real weight and outcomes mattered. Those principles now form the foundation of how PWP operates.

After earning a Master’s in Finance from the University of San Francisco, Zane transitioned into the financial sector, spending over a decade focused on risk management, capital protection, and building strategies designed to perform across market cycles.
