Wow, what a great start to 2025.

Here are 3 reasons why getting preapproved now (for 2025) is the right move!!

1) Inventory is strong in the Twin Cities market, but buyers are always tentative to buy and pull the trigger until spring.

2) Less buyers means less competition. My last 2 buyers were able to get all their closing costs paid by the sellers, and were able to pick up their homes at or BELOW asking price.

3) As we move into spring-summer, more buyers will come out of the woodwork. This will create a more competitive buying market and it will benefit the sellers with higher (bid up) sales prices.
