I am all for compassion and feel I do my share, but when you invite the 3rd world and open boarders in someone has to pay. If I was in South America in poverty I can't blame them for traveling north for better conditions and free health care. But you can only do so much and have to control it that people can be self sustaining and get jobs. So this Nov for example another tax on private health care up to $400 per family to pay for illegals healthcare. Your choice, but vote.

So I am reposting this from Nov 2025.

I finally removed the head from from my bear skin in the freezer back in April and did a euro clean, Then went through the minimum 60 day drying period prior to score and super happy to have another P&Y record bear- actually bigger at 18 15/16' than my 2022 bear. A lot of people were commenting from pictures my bear that it was maybe 250 #'s- LOL, A lot of negative keyboard warrior's who have never have shot a bear with a bow. I am almost 6'3" and 230 # and he was thing was twice as wide as me and just as long.

Opening weekend of CA bear season in B zone and I think I have another P&Y qualifier bear. About 15 mins before dark a big black bear came down the trail by my tree stand. Smoked him with a complete pass-thru with my arrow and he ran 20 yds and down. When gutting him his heart was in cubes and chunks. Estimated weight around 400 # to 500 #'s and taped out at 7 feet. Just for reference in picture I am 6'3" and 230 #'s 😄. A lot of work happens after that when you get a bear. See less

Went up to Feather way up below outlet and fished some runs drifting roe. Missed a couple good shakes early.?Went back up river to another spot and did 5 drifts and was on the last drift about to reel in when the rod je**ed down. Heck of a fight on a 15 # buck took 20 minutes to tire this guy out. Definitely a smoker!

Took the boat out Salmon Fishing this morning only 15 minutes into the troll a 19 1/2 # King slammed my custom lure. Then later my buddy Terry brought in another nice chrome 12 # hen. Added one more 14 # by 10:00 am. Thanks to Scott McVay with Living Water lures for the custom better than Silvertron Lures.

This is the Truth of this world we live in especially if you are too young to remember or your school wrongfully didn’t teach you this history. Think about your country instead of just yourself.
