no more folding chairs and team snacks and chaotic weeknights.

and i know someday i’ll miss even the parts that feel tiring right now.

I used to believe rest had to be earned.
Like I needed to cross a thousand things off a list
before I could deserve this view.
Before I could sit still in my own life.

But sis… that’s a lie hustle culture sold us.
And we bought it. On sale. In bulk.

The truth?
You don’t need to “finish it all” to fill your cup.
You don’t have to hit the next goal to pause.
You don’t have to earn peace.

You are allowed to take up space in your own joy.
Even with the to-do list still to-do-ing.
Even when your inbox is screaming.
Even when someone else might not “get it.”

This right here—me, poolside, salty skin, drink in hand—
is not the finish line.
It’s the recalibration.
The remembering.
The power move.

Because burnt out women don’t build empires.
Present ones do.

So here’s your permission slip:
Rest isn’t lazy.
It’s leadership.
Take the darn dip. 🖤

This is what my “why” looks like…

But let’s be real —
it hasn’t always been this peaceful.

There were years I was building, pushing, proving…
while quietly drowning in guilt.
Building a business and a family at the same time?
It felt like choosing between oxygen and water.

They don’t tell you that chasing success as a mom comes with identity whiplash.
One second you’re closing deals.
Next second you’re scrubbing yogurt off the ceiling and crying in the laundry room.

But I made a decision:
I wasn’t gonna keep choosing between my ambition and my boys.

I was gonna build a life where both could breathe.

Now I help other women to do the same —
To scale without sacrifice.
To lead without leaving themselves behind.
To rewrite the rules.

Because I’m not here to prove I can do it all…
I’m here to redefine what “all” even means.

If you’re a mama with big dreams and a bigger heart…
you don’t have to choose anymore.
