We hope by changing our MO from commission to a low flat fee, sellers will pass their savings along to buyers and help stimulate the housing sales market and overall economy. We're calling this effort "Project Zero Point 2025."

The idea: For the rest of the year, everyone advertise their property, product, or service at the estimated market values, but then sell at a 0.2025 (20.25%) discount. Example, house listed at $400,000 is sold for $319,000, a 7% mortgage loan would close at 5.5825%, and a 6% Realtor commission would be 4.785%.
