🎉 Exciting News for Homebuyers & Realtors! 🏡

The MMCDC First Generation Down Payment Assistance Program is now accepting applications!

💰 Program Benefit:
Eligible homebuyers may receive up to 10% of the home's purchase price or $32,000 (whichever is less) in down payment assistance.

📢 Important Program Updates:
✅ New income limit: Increased to $118,900
✅ Homebuyer Education Requirement: Effective June 1, 2026, the Framework Homeownership course is no longer accepted.

If you completed your Framework Homeownership Certificate on or before May 31, 2026, your certificate will remain valid for 12 months from the completion date.

For anyone completing homebuyer education after that date, you must complete one of the following approved courses:
