Two new books just completed. The Power of Habit is not real estate focused but a great book to understand what creates habits and how to break bad habits in both life and business. The Millionaire Real Estate Investor speaks for itself. The quote ‘Anyone Can Do It.. Not Everyone Will’ is so true. Good read for both a beginner or seasoned investor.

Selling one of my Multi-Family Properties in Columbia, SC. It’s a 9-Unit turn key key property with some great cash flow built into. Over the past three years we have done multiple capital expenditures to increase the cash flow for the next owner.
