Excited to welcome Austin Buhtz to Sierra Ridge Advisor Group.

Austin joins as a Financial Advisor and will be supporting the continued growth of our Northridge, California office alongside Sallie DeYoung, CFP® and Dennis DeYoung, CFP®.

One of the things I enjoy most about building Sierra Ridge Advisor Group is helping create opportunities for talented advisors and watching teams grow together. Austin brings a client-first mindset, strong financial planning experience, and a passion for helping individuals and families pursue their goals through meaningful relationships and personalized guidance.

Last night, we kicked off the Sierra Ridge Advisor Group Annual Trip at White Stallion Ranch with an incredible group of advisors, partners, and leaders from across the country.

What started as a welcome evening quickly turned into what makes this group different
real conversations, shared ideas, and a genuine commitment to growing together.

We built Sierra Ridge around a simple belief
take care of advisors at the highest level, and everything else follows.
This trip is a reflection of that.

Over the next few days, we will dive into strategy, growth, and what it means to be Built for What’s Next. But it all starts with connection.
