In January 2018 we settled back in my hometown in Minnesota to be closer to family, which also allows them to watch our son grow up. We have a teenage son who keeps us on our toes. I live in the NW suburbs of Minneapolis with my two boys & 2 dogs. I like to spend the summers out on our boat basking in the sunshine while my boys catch bass or taking walks with my dogs in the nearby dog parks with friends. I’m huge into Harry Potter & Marvel movies and a good curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. I have spent years refining my skills to be the best at saying YES to as many of my clients as I can. I am there from start to finish; sun-up to sun-down. A year ago, we sat down to make sure their budget, savings, and game plan were aligned before their lease expired. Since then, life had a few exciting surprises in store; a proposal, a job promotion, and a change in location.

Through every twist and turn, they stayed focused on their goal. Today, they officially closed on their new home, and later this month they’ll say “I do.”

After exploring some non-traditional financing options and building the right game plan, my clients are officially under contract on a beautiful new construction home where everyone gets a room of their own. 🙌

I was lucky enough to be able to save this one during their inspection period when their Realtor reached out and keep them under contract on a home they won in multiples and CTC then 2 weeks early! A family home was kept IN the family for one that is continuing to grow (literally by 2👣) and the parents moving on to their forever home with lake views as they move towards retirement!
