In January 2018 we settled back in my hometown in Minnesota to be closer to family, which also allows them to watch our son grow up. We have a teenage son who keeps us on our toes. I live in the NW suburbs of Minneapolis with my two boys & 2 dogs. I like to spend the summers out on our boat basking in the sunshine while my boys catch bass or taking walks with my dogs in the nearby dog parks with friends. I’m huge into Harry Potter & Marvel movies and a good curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. I have spent years refining my skills to be the best at saying YES to as many of my clients as I can. I am there from start to finish; sun-up to sun-down. I may have been out of the office celebrating my son’s graduation 🎓, but that didn’t stop great things from happening for our clients!

Huge shoutout to two of my incredible referral partners who helped secure accepted offers for two of our buyers this weekend. 🙌

This one is special!! This client came to me as a referral after another loan officer caused them to lose a house after already under contract. They had loan officer fatigue. But after a fantastic one hour online consult I was able to answer all of their questions, gather their documents from them and approve them for down payment assistance when they were previously told they would not qualify for. A week later they are under contract on a beautiful property and close in a month! Going the extra mile is always worth it! ❤️

A year ago, we sat down to make sure their budget, savings, and game plan were aligned before their lease expired. Since then, life had a few exciting surprises in store; a proposal, a job promotion, and a change in location.

When your family has officially outgrown the space you’re in, finding the right next home isn’t just about square footage—it’s about creating room for your family to grow.

After exploring some non-traditional financing options and building the right game plan, my clients are officially under contract on a beautiful new construction home where everyone gets a room of their own. 🙌

I was lucky enough to be able to save this one during their inspection period when their Realtor reached out and keep them under contract on a home they won in multiples and CTC then 2 weeks early! Closing on time and under the original budget is a win in my book! Congratulations you two! Thank you for your trust to be able to come in and get you the keys to your new home!!! 🏡🔑❤️
