Moving to mortgages was the next logical step, and I could not think of a better way than the best in the state at M&M Mortgage with a wide variety of lenders to choose from. I am a proud Veteran’s wife and after moving around for 10+ years around the country with him. In January 2018 we settled back in my hometown in Minnesota to be closer to family, which also allows them to watch our son grow up. We have a teenage son who keeps us on our toes. I live in the NW suburbs of Minneapolis with my two boys & 2 dogs. I like to spend the summers out on our boat basking in the sunshine while my boys catch bass or taking walks with my dogs in the nearby dog parks with friends. I’m huge into Harry Potter & Marvel movies and a good curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. I have spent years refining my skills to be the best at saying YES to as many of my clients as I can. I am there from start to finish; sun-up to sun-down. I pride myself on being available to my clients for any of their questions during the entire process. Congratulations to my clients on closing on their FIRST HOME today! 🏡❤️🔑

Their agent came to me after their original lender (a bank) denied them while they were already under contract. 😳

We restructured the deal, got creative, worked through the puzzle, and today… they got the keys! 🙌🏼

I’m so thankful for their trust and for the trust their agent placed in me to get them to the closing table.

Being a mortgage broker comes in clutch again. 😉

Different lenders have different guidelines, products, and solutions. Sometimes the difference between “denied” and “here are your keys” is simply who you work with.

TODAY my clients went under contract on a 4-plex! 🏡🔑

I’ve been working with these clients all year, and last week we decided to pivot when we found a really great property on the market.

Don't assume it's the end of the road.

❌ You need to be self-employed for 2 years.
❌ Your tax returns don't show enough income.

The truth? Different loan programs have different guidelines, and there may be options you didn't know about.

Not all closings happen in 30–45 days. Sometimes the journey takes a year or even longer. And for these first-time homebuyers, that was their story.

They stayed diligent. They stayed committed. They worked through hurdle after hurdle (and trust me, there were quite a few!). But they never gave up.

And today, they were handed the keys to their first home; a place their family can finally call their own. 🏡🔑

I’m so incredibly thankful they trusted me to be part of their journey. These are the closings that remind me exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

Remember that client I told you about yesterday that sent me a referral? SHE CLOSED TODAY. 🥹❤️

And a dream that went from “I hope we can” to “WE DID IT.”

This is exactly why I do what I do!!!!
