🚨 Big news!🚨

We are seeing it all over social media, but your friendly local LendSmart Loan Officer wants you to know that the Fed Rates and Mortgage rates are not the same!

The feds dropped rates 0.5%. This is HUGE! We have waited 4 long years for this moment... but it doesn't directly correlate with mortgage rates dropping by 0.5%.

🚨 What does all of this lender mumbo jumbo mean?

This means we should see immediate relief for home equity lines of credit, credit cards, and much more. While we wont' see mortgage rates drop right away, we are FINALLY headed in the right direction!

Our team had a great time yesterday expanding our knowledge of the always evolving mortgage industry. Thank you to our President Scott for going all out to provide another excellent experience and getting us fired up for the busy season!

Dan was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire loan process. He was extremely fast in responding to questions we had, and consistently provided helpful insight and advice. He also made sure to keep us informed about any time sensitive steps in the process, and helped keep everything very streamlined. I would definitely recommend working with him to anyone who might be able to utilize his services.
