This morning, one of our insureds called into the office. She has just been involved in an auto collision and couldn't find her proof of insurance. She was frantic and in pain. Could she have found her digital card on the amazingly convenient State Farm app, sure. However, her mind wasn't in the proper thinking stage. She instead called me and I texted her a copy of her card directly to her phone right then and there. After she dealt with the police she called back and I helped her through the claims process. Hello, all! I am reaching out to you today to ask you for a favor. I am at a point where I need to start getting deeper into the quoting process.
There are many scenarios that we don't run into until we're on the phone with a live customer and if we aren't able to navigate quick enough we could potentially lose the business.
That's where you come in.
I am looking for people willing to allow me the time to perform a full risk analysis on them. I am not going to push anyone to leave their current insurance, but who knows, maybe you will want to.

I had a client call in today looking for a quote on homeowner's insurance. She's looking to purchase her first home and is very confused about the process. She was afraid to get excited at this point because she doesn't want to get her hopes up to only lose the deal on the home.
