Join us in congratulating Tapanga Weber, a 2026 recipient of one of CCCU’s $2,000 Pathfinder Scholarships🥳🧑‍🎓

Tapanga Weber, a graduating senior from Glide High School, plans to attend Umpqua Community College this fall to pursue a degree in Nursing. With a long-term goal of working in Labor and Delivery, Tapanga is passionate about supporting others during some of life’s most meaningful moments and looks forward to one day serving her community in this role. Her dedication is already evident to those around her—teacher Taylor Groth shares, “Tapanga’s real passion is helping others who need care,” noting that she has been intentionally working toward this path since setting her sights on it.

Join us in congratulating Ryder Sawyer, a 2026 recipient of one of CCCU’s $2,000 Pathfinder Scholarships🥳🧑‍🎓

Ryder Sawyer is graduating from Douglas High School with plans to major in Education while attending Southern Oregon University. His educational plans and career goals are driven by service, leadership, and a desire to make a lasting impact. He has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to his peers, community, and academics through extensive involvement in school events, extracurriculars, and athletics. Jeremiah Robbins, Head Baseball Coach of Lewis-Clark State College says Ryder Ryder’s character is what truly sets him apart— “His leadership, integrity, and commitment, make him a role model among his peers.”
