Note, this very small situation correcting un-balanced payments to hospitals could save the Medicare system 471 billion over 10 years (47 billion a year). Yep, a very small issue, saving 47 billion a year. The World Trade Center claims totaled 42 billion! You could run a country on that!

The reduction in private insurance premiums, BCBSA found, would increase federal tax revenues by about $29 billion.
