This week's True Wealth Show wandered through GameStop trying to buy eBay, quantum computing, and where AI might take us — which sounds like four different shows. It was. We tied it together at the end. Sort of.
The thread that pulled it all back: a lot of people think they're being conservative with their money. What they're actually doing is losing it slowly.
A $30,000 cash balance from 2019 today buys closer to what $15,000 used to. The number didn't move. The dollar did.
Same number. Different dollar. That's the part that doesn't show up on a statement.
