What happens when you leave this earth? I have talked to more people this week who do not have any plan put in place. I know everyone hates to think of it but no one gets out alive. Imagine your loved ones trying to figure out what to do. Will they have to have a go fund me account to put you in the ground? Imagine the same scenario but this time your family is just grieving the loss of you. The plan is in place and now the mortgage and bills are all paid off because you put a plan in place early enough that it is still affordable. Insurance is based on 2 things age and health. Once one of those things goes so does your opportunity to have a solid plan in place that is affordable.

What is an indexed universal life policy?
It is like a life insurance policy and a 401k together. I quoted a 29 year old the other day who needed coverage for his $167,000 mortgage. He was paying $95 a month. By age 65 he had paid $41040 but his cash value was $108,405....he had made $67,365 in interest. By 90 his cash value was $645,996 and his death benefit was $678,295. This was after he stopped paying into it at 65.
