We’re currently aware of a widespread service outage impacting Northwest Arkansas.

Many carriers in the area rely on a shared trunk line owned by AT&T, which is experiencing a major issue. Technicians from multiple providers are on-site working to resolve it, but there is no estimated time for repair at this moment.

If you need to reach our office, please text us at (479) 636-8118 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience!

Spring storm season is almost here in Northwest Arkansas.

Now is a great time to review your homeowners insurance and make sure everything is up to date before hail and wind start rolling through.

If you'd like a quick coverage review, I’m always happy to help.

Severe weather is expected in our area. Here are important steps you can take to protect your home and family:

• Let faucets drip to help prevent frozen or burst pipes
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
• Keep your thermostat set consistently (avoid turning heat off)
• Bring pets indoors and limit outdoor exposure
• Charge phones and devices in case of power outages
• Have flashlights, blankets, and extra batteries readily available

Taking a few simple precautions now can help reduce the risk of damage and keep everyone safe.

If you need immediate assistance with a claim, please call Shelter claims directly at (1-800-743-5837).
