Robert Fassler is a glass artist who moved from eastern Iowa to Bella Vista in 2022. Robert established and operated Artistic Glass, providing stained glass, etched glass, beveled glass and more for many regional businesses, individuals, and religious institutions for 42 years. Robert's personal work focuses mainly on fused glass where he makes extensive use of uniquely beautiful "dichroic" glass known for its dazzling effects. Robert was awarded an Iowa Arts Council grant to create a stained-glass window wall for the Bettendorf Public Library, and his work is in many private and public collections.
