Introduction time:

Hi, my name is Stacey Carlson. I am the owner of Stacey Carlson Insurance. I have worked in the insurance industry for 25 years. I have owned my own insurance brokerage for 9. I honestly never knew this was my career path but here I am and so grateful to be here.

There are many things I love about insurance. First, I truly do feel like it is a part of the helping profession. When people are in some of the most difficult moments of their lives insurance can be a saving grace. Two, my clients, some I have know for 25 years are some of the amazing people you could ever meet. Third, I love that it is different every single day. Four, I love serving the community that I was born and raised in.

If I am not working you can find me on the trails around NWA or with my family! I also love reading and love to learn new things!

2. What are my deductibles? Auto has deductibles for collision and comprehension coverage. Home has all perils deductibles and a wind and hail deductible. Knowing your deductibles helps you be prepared in the case that something happens.
3. Should I make a roof claim or do I need to get someone to look at my roof before I make a claim?
4. What do homeowners insurance companies look for for home upkeep?
5. Is there anything I should do to winterize my house and keep my insurance company happy?

Knowing what your policies cover and how to keep your home/auto up to date is vital in todays constantly changing world.
