It’s not always easy for the active members of a partnership! A fire in one of our units. Luckily it was contained to one unit and no one was hurt. We were able to get it turned around and rent ready in under a month. Before (1st two slides, after 2nd slides). Investors will see no change in returns and the tenant will be able to move back in to a new and clean space
