It’s about people.
It’s about the family you love. The home you’re building. The dreams you’re working toward. And the responsibility you feel to make sure the people who matter most are taken care of.

October is a good reminder to ask yourself:

Here’s a question worth asking:
If your paycheck disappeared tomorrow, who would pay the bills?

For many families, one income is doing a lot of heavy lifting.
Mortgage or rent. Car payments. Groceries. Utilities. Childcare. Debt. And all those future plans you’re working toward.

These fitness gurus keep saying, “Get up early and exercise…it gives you energy!”

Okay…what time does the energy arrive? 😂😂

I feel good working out. But after I shower, get dressed, and sit down for a minute? A nap starts sounding real reasonable. Then I work all day, fix dinner, and by 8:30 my bed is calling my government name!😳

Still showing up. Still committed to my 90-day challenge. But somebody needs to show the evening footage, too! 😂
