On Saturday, October 10th, members of the CATIC team participated in the Hartford Marathon, Half Marathon, and Charity 5K.

Anthony Lombardi and Jessica Malenfant ran the Charity 5K, and Joe Taborsak and Duncan Olaechea ran the Half Marathon. Well done, team! 🎽

On Thursday, October 1st, CATIC had the pleasure of sponsoring a hole for the Cardinal Cares Charity Golf Tournament in Sharon, MA. This tournament supported Boston Children's Hospital and Connecticut Children's Medical Center. All proceeds from the tournament went towards both organizations.

On October 1st, CATIC attended and sponsored the CMBA's 6th Annual Women in Mortgage Event. Mary Luchenbill, CATIC's Lender Solutions Manager, is the Chair for the CMBA Women in Mortgage Banking committee and on the Board of Directors. She as well as Erin Cabelus, our VP & Chief Compliance Officer, and Kristine Foligno, our Lender Solutions Specialist, represented CATIC at this event.

The event held a raffle that raised $1,000.00 for the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV).

On Tuesday, October 6th, CATIC had the pleasure of sponsoring a hole for the 19th annual Sunshine Kids Golf Tournament hosted by Berkshire Hathaway. This tournament was an incredible day of fundraising for the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports children battling cancer.

Those themes were on full display at this year's CREW Network Convention in Miami, where Alison D'Arcy, Erin Cabelus, and Luba Levin proudly represented CATIC and their local chapters, CREW CT and CREW Boston.

Joining more than 1,300 women from across the commercial real estate industry, our team had the opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen professional relationships, and contribute to conversations helping shape the future of CRE.

We're particularly proud that CATIC has signed the CREW Network CRE Pledge for Action, reaffirming our commitment to advancing opportunities for women and fostering a more equitable and inclusive commercial real estate industry.
