She answered every question in detail and walked us through the entire process. She made herself available via email, phone and app correspondence whenever we needed her. She always made herself available to us regardless of time or day; nights, weekends, holidays. Her guidance was always geared towards the best interest of my family's future. She educated us, answered all of questions, and reassured us through out the entire process. She provided us with invaluable information that we will pass along to others. We could not imagine getting through this process with any loan officer other than Amore.
