🚨 Big Fannie Mae guideline change for homeowners buying their next home!

Previously, if you wanted to keep your current home and turn it into a rental, we typically needed a signed lease to use the future rental income when qualifying.

That just changed. 👏

Under the new guideline, we may be able to use an appraisal with a market rent analysis to determine the expected rental income — without having a lease in place.
