The tools Craig and his team provide set his clients up for a lifetime of active mortgage management and maximization of home equity. Craig is sought out for his mortgage planning expertise, and he regularly teaches classes and offers Continuing Education (CE) credits to financial advisers in the area. Craig has particular expertise in working with clients going through separation and divorce, and he has bolstered those abilities by obtaining comprehensive training and certifications in the area. Most recently, Craig became a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP), solidifying his expertise in the connection between divorce, family law, IRS tax rules, and mortgage financing strategies as they relate to real estate. Craig has garnered both national and local media attention for his mortgage and housing market expertise. He has provided commentary on NBC Nightly News, CNBC, News Channel 8, and Fox Morning News. Locally, Craig has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and Leadership Greater Washington and he is an active member of the Economic Club of Washington. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the The American University's Kogod School of Business Administration and resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife, Amy, sons Sammy & Ollie, and his dogs, Pavarotti & Butters. In his free time, Craig is an avid roller hockey player, hiker, traveler, golfer and student of history.
