Covered Bridge Festival is upon us! Drive safe and have patients as we host tourism to our town. This is a big deal for many local businesses. Drive defensively, not offensively and watch all directions for pedestrians!! Be safe!

After the fair winds we had on Friday evening make certain you check around your house and roof for missing or damaged shingles. Being cold outside this isn't normally something we look forward to doing but locating possible small problems before they can become large losses will save you time and further frustration!

If your iPhone broke today would you find a way to replace it by tomorrow? We can't live without our phones today, but why is it we put off buying life insurance? What's more important? What are your priorities?

What is your most precious possession? If it were lost, stolen or destroyed today would it be possible to replace it? The answer is NO, of course not. Most of our possessions that are cherished have no price tag. They have memories, sentimental value or mean something only to us.

What is your most prized possession? Is it insured so that, in the event of loss, you could replace it with something similar and functional or would you not only be out the item but also the chance to replace it? Again, I know some things have no price tag.....

For me, it'd be a guitar that I have. It has a lot of value to me because of memories it conjures when I see or play it and the fact that I get to use it every weekend with my friends while playing music for people that love to listen. Can I replace it? Yes! But at the same time it won't be the one I would have lost. At best though I could have enough money to purchase a replacement and start making new memories with it.

I finally finished my iphone inventory in my shop at my house. I have taken photos and video of every drawer, shelf and cranny in the event of a fire or theft. Now I have to finish the inside of my house. If we were to suffer from a fire loss we would now have photos to go back to in order to make a detailed inventory sheet of any items lost. I encourage ALL my insured to do this. Don't wait, start today!
