Kokomo Waters Kokomo and Kokomo Flats are fun, family-friendly short-term rental properties located on the Intercoastal Waterway in Rockport, TX.

There are 2 Kokomo properties that provide everything you need for a family vacation and weekend getaway. Located on the Bay/Intercoastal Waterway, These Waterfront Vacation Homes have the best of both worlds with waterfront on both the front and back side of the property! While the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW) & Estes Flats are on the water side; there is also a canal on the street side with avail

ability to dock your boat. Kokomo and Kokomo Flats have all the fishing amenities: boat docking, huge fish cleaning station, two bright quartz lights shining on the water at night to catch all the trout and reds your heart desires. Dolphins and turtles can be spotted at times and the kids love watching them along with the barge traffic that passes by multiple times a day. Both Kokomo Properties have the following:
