Our customers and the relationships we've built with them over the years are deeply valued. These past couple of weeks, we've had the privilege of receiving several calls of thanks from grateful customers who had needed more than just a policy or ID card. Whether it was a jump start for a dead battery, a ride home from a repair shop, some aid, compassion and kindness while navigating the sometimes frustrating claims process or even just carrying groceries up the stairs because they were driving by and saw a person struggling, our team has been there and jumped right In to help.
We are incredibly proud to have a team that truly exemplifies the logo of “like a good neighbor” and selflessly steps in to assist. It feels great to belong to such a tight knit community. It feels even better to know that our team goes above and beyond to contribute to being an active part of that community. Cathy, Mickie and Morgan you all ROCK!
