Are you outgoing, competitive, motivated and comfortable talking to people?

We’re looking for someone who:
• Loves connecting with people and building relationships
• Is motivated by goals, success and earning potential
• Has strong communication and follow-up skills
• Is confident on the phone and comfortable reaching out to potential customers
• Brings energy, positivity and a strong work ethic
• Wants an opportunity to GROW — not just another job

💰 Competitive base pay + commission/incentive opportunities

Experience in sales, insurance, banking, automotive, real estate, hospitality or customer service is a plus — but personality, drive and willingness to learn matter just as much.

✨ RECEPTION / CUSTOMER SERVICE

We’re also looking for a friendly, organized and professional person to be one of the first faces and voices our customers encounter.

The ideal candidate:
• Has a warm, welcoming personality
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Is organized and able to multitask
• Communicates professionally by phone, text and in person
• Is dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable with technology

This is a full-time, in-office position in Rockingham, NC.

We took a little trip over the weekend and headed to Charleston to celebrate something special-our AMAZING team! Success doesn't happen by accident. It comes from hard work, dedication, teamwork and a commitment to serving our policyholders every day. Were grateful for each team member who helps make our office a great place to work and our fearless leader who believes in her staff and appreciates their hard work ❤️ Charleston did not disappoint and we had the best time sight-seeing and learning about all the history it offers and had some amazing food to make it extra special!
