Scammers can spoof familiar phone numbers and may even know some of your account information—learn what your credit union will never ask for and how to protect yourself from a convincing phone scam.

Be cautious if you're asked to provide:
Your debit or credit card PIN
Your online banking password
Your online banking username
Your CVV or security code from your debit or credit card
A one-time verification code sent to your phone or email
Your full debit or credit card number

💙Happy CU Kind Day! A day where credit unions intentionally live out the "people helping people" philosophy. Did you know that our employees collectively donate over $5,000 each year to local charities? From the top down, our team cares about our community. You can be a part of the "people helping people movement too". Join MembersAlliance Credit Union in donating to Circle of Change & Winnebago County CASA now through December 15, 2026 through our Community Impact Fund.

Circle of Change Dog Programs aspires to transform the lives of high-risk populations, including veterans, at-risk children, and first responders, by pioneering innovative dog training programs and evidence-based peer mentorship. They are dedicated to fostering resilience, cultivating social-emotional health, and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives thus achieving a significant reduction in su***de risk.

Winnebago County CASA are volunteers who are appointed by judges to watch over and advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect, to make sure they don't get lost in the overburdened legal and social service system or languish in an inappropriate group or foster home. CASAs stay with each case until the child is placed in a safe, permanent home. For many children, their CASA volunteer will be the one constant adult presence in their lives.

We had a beautiful day for our fall Shred Day! So many people drove up in their cars to securely dispose of their documents (we nearly filled the shred truck 😲!). A huge thank you to our volunteer team who help make this event a success every year! Both employees and family members came out to make a difference. We love giving this opportunity to our community to help encourage information safety🔒. A special thank you to the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois for partnering with us for this event.
