I had the opportunity to work with Lynsey Faraher - Real Estate Broker, Dickerson & Nieman Realtors and get Mr. D into his new home. Lynsey came to me a few weeks ago letting me know she had a buyer who was having issues with a bigger bank. Once, that fell through, D reached out to multiple lenders, both large and local, everyone told him they couldn’t help him. When Lynsey called me for help I felt like “If all of these banks and brokers have told him no, how can I?” Well, after talking with the borrower I knew I could help him! One month later D has the keys to his new 2-unit home. Most of us lenders have the same tools, we just need to know how to use them! 🏠 🔑 🛠 Welcome home, D!
