Big milestone for me! I just wrapped up The Cincinnati Insurance Company's New Agent Program, six months of in person training, coaching calls, and webinars covering all kinds of insurance topics to sharpen my skills as a producer.

Right before that, I also completed a two-day Life Insurance class, learning directly from dedicated life insurance professionals and picking up new tools to build a more well-rounded process for my clients. Life insurance is where I got my start in this business, so getting to dive back in and level up in that area was a huge highlight for me.

Bottom line: I came out of all this with more knowledge, more tools, and more ways to help protect what matters most to you and your business.
