***LONG POST ALERT***

I’m never one to post my accomplishments like that but this one has given me a sense of accomplishment like no other.

For the past three years I’ve embarked on the journey of self employment and I’m doing something within my degree field. QC DUI Services has been my baby and done quite well even through the pandemic. I really was deciding on the next journey to take and I put in the paperwork to get licensure to provide full outpatient treatment as well as accept insurance for services.

If anyone knows my life and journey. I was hesitant because I was doubting myself and I was allowing my past to prevent me from pursuing what eventually would be my calling in life and something I’m actually really good at.

So I’m proud to announce that I am now a licensed substance abuse provider in the Quad Cities. I will be able to offer outpatient substance abuse services as well as continuing with the DUI services that I have been providing.

I’m not doing this to show off but I’m doing this to remind someone out there if you have a past and you feel that you have no future. Don’t give up and believe in yourself and your ability. Perseverance is the key to anything you want in life. I will be set up soon to provide those services and if you know someone struggling with substance abuse issues. Send them my way I will be more than happy to help.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mothers out there. We celebrate you in this day and everyday as you maintain and continue to labor each day in love for your children. God bless you all and enjoy every moment of this day. To all the mothers in my family that have impacted my life personally. I’m truly grateful and know that I love you and so appreciative of you.
