I'm proud to have joined Modern Woodmen as the Head of New Field Growth and Development. This organization is one I have respected and admired for many years. In fact, my father-in-law retired from Modern Woodmen after a 30-year career. Through him I saw firsthand the culture and respect Modern Woodmen has for their employees and members. Throughout my long and successful career in the financial s

ervices industry, I have developed skills to help drive profitable growth of the career agent field force. I am looking for future field leaders to join this amazing culture and help propel the organization forward for the next generation of members. I’m focused heavily on developing vacant and scratch regions for market expansion across the country by leveraging my skills in leadership and recruiting, and developing sales leaders through training, coaching, and supervision.
