Our Country Financial office is looking for a full-time Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who is:
• Organized & reliable
• Friendly with strong customer service skills
• Able to multitask and learn quickly
• Comfortable with computers and new systems

What you’ll do:
• Help produce new business
• Service current clients
• Assist with marketing & event planning
• Support day-to-day office operations

Details:
• Full-time (35–40 hours/week)
• No nights or weekends
• Hourly pay + commission on new business (once licensed)
• Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license if you don’t already have one
• Background check required as part of the hiring process

🟩 Cost of premiums: Are you looking for a low monthly payment (term) or can you swing a bit more (permanent)?

Road trip day 🚗💼

Today I headed up to Machesney Park to visit one of our awesome clients and stopped by Sassy Mac Boys—what an amazing new place to eat! 😍 If you’re in the area, definitely go check them out!

Fun fact—I first met Donald at a Rock Falls Chamber event when he had just moved there at 18. He’s been an entrepreneur his whole life, and he’s absolutely hit a home run with this new place! 👏

This trip wasn’t just about great food—we were there for an annual review. Yep… I make house calls and travel to see my clients, bringing all the documents they need right to them.
