Seeking Feedback on a New Florida Home Watch & Senior Concierge Service
Hello,
As many of you know, I spend a great deal of time helping people with real estate, business ownership, and investment properties. Over the past few years, I've noticed that many homeowners and retirees who own homes in Florida face a common challenge: they need someone local they can trust to keep an eye on their property and help coordinate services while they are away.
I am exploring the possibility of launching a Florida Home Watch & Senior Concierge Service serving the Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and North Port areas.
Potential services would include:
• Weekly Home Watch Inspections
• Hurricane Preparation & Post-Storm Checks
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination
• Home Opening & Closing Services
• Grocery Stocking Before Arrival
• Senior Concierge & Wellness Check Visits
• Technology Assistance
• Downsizing & Move Coordination
At this stage, I am simply gathering feedback.
