Ukrainian Federal Credit Union (UFCU) is proud to be one of the sponsors of "In the Blue of the Sky", a special evening celebrating Ukrainian culture while supporting an important cause.

As Ukraine continues to endure the hardships of war, many children who have lost their fathers are carrying unimaginable grief. Through the efforts of Common Man for Ukraine, these children are given the opportunity to spend three peaceful weeks in the Polish mountains, receiving trauma counseling, exploring their creativity through art, and simply being children again.

Join us on Friday, June 5 at 7:30 PM at Follen Church in Lexington, MA, for a beautiful concert of Ukrainian classical music performed by the Ukrainian Music Initiative. The evening will feature renowned artists Pavlo Gintov, Margarita Rovenskaya, and Vira Slywotzky, followed by a reception, silent auction, and raffle.

Every ticket helps provide healing and hope for Ukrainian children affected by war.

Heritage School of Ukrainian Studies celebrated its Last Bell ceremony and the graduation of nine students at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Sacramento on Saturday, May 16. 💙💛

This special day marked the end of another successful school year filled with learning, growth, and the preservation of Ukrainian language, culture, and traditions. Congratulations to all graduates on this important milestone, and best wishes for continued success in their future journeys!

For our member Michael S. Husar, supporting the Ukrainian community has always been a lifelong commitment. 🇺🇦

Michael opened his account with Ukrainian Federal Credit Union in 2013 ahead of his retirement and move to Fairport. As the descendant of four Ukrainian grandparents who immigrated to the United States in the early 1900s, he proudly continues his family’s tradition of supporting Ukrainian culture and community.

Over the years, Michael attended Ukrainian festivals across New York State — from Binghamton to Syracuse to Rochester — staying connected to his heritage wherever life took him.

Today, supporting Ukraine remains especially meaningful to him, and he is grateful for the opportunities provided by UFCU and RocMaidan to continue helping financially and staying engaged with the community.

Thank you, Michael, for being part of the UFCU family and for your continued dedication to Ukraine and the Ukrainian-American community. 💙💛

On Saturday, May 16th, we were happy to welcome the senior class of Ridna Shkola to the Syracuse branch of Ukrainian Federal Credit Union! 🎓

During the visit, we had the opportunity to introduce students to the services and benefits our credit union offers. We were also proud to present a UFCU sponsorship check to the school principal in support of the school and its community.

We’re especially excited that all graduating seniors are already members of the credit union! We look forward to continuing to support them as they begin their next chapter. 🌟
