If you know Raquel Gossman, chances are you’ve laughed with her — probably within the first five minutes of meeting her. ❤️

Raquel is one of those people who simply lights up a room. She loves to have fun, loves people, and has an incredible way of making everyone around her feel comfortable and welcome. Saying that Raquel’s clients become her friends almost feels like an understatement — relationships are truly at the heart of everything she does.

That same warmth carries into her real estate business. Raquel brings years of sales experience along with enthusiasm, empathy, patience and a genuine desire to understand the people she serves. Whether someone is purchasing their very first home, making a move across town, investing, or selling a longtime family home, Raquel wants to know the people behind the transaction — not just the property.

And her clients notice. She’s been recognized for being responsive, taking the time to explain the process and, most importantly, being an advocate for the people she represents.

But as much as Raquel loves real estate and the friendships she's made through it, her greatest joy is her family. Her husband, Rob, and their two children are a huge part of Raquel’s world, and spending time with family and friends is where she is happiest.

🌟 AGENT SPOTLIGHT: JUSTIN LENK 🌟
This week, we are excited to shine the spotlight on someone who brings heart, experience and a true spirit of innovation to everything he does—Justin Lenk!

Justin has spent more than 20 years in customer service and eight years helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate. He is especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, taking the time to explain the process, answer questions and make sure his clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

His understanding of homes started long before his real estate career. Growing up in St. Louis, Justin worked alongside his uncle’s family business and gained hands-on experience with construction, flooring, tile, landscaping and home improvement. That background gives him a practical eye and valuable perspective when helping clients evaluate a property.

But Justin’s impact reaches well beyond buying and selling homes.
Seeing an opportunity to connect people more closely with the community, Justin developed and brought the Rochester Compass App to our area—a free local resource designed to help residents discover Rochester businesses, events, activities and hidden gems. The app was even featured on KTTC’s Midwest Access!

That is Justin: always thinking about what more he can do, what problem he can solve and how he can bring greater value to the people around him.
Within our office, Justin is generous with his time, knowledge and ideas. He supports other agents, embraces new tools and technology, and is always willing to help someone work through a challenge. His leadership, creativity and collaborative spirit make our entire office stronger.

When he isn’t serving clients or finding new ways to connect Rochester, you may find Justin road tripping, working on projects around the house or connecting with friends.

YOU GUYS!!!! I did the math today, and I am BLOWN AWAY…

20% of the agents in our Rochester office closed more than $1 million in real estate transactions in July! 20%!!!!

That is seven agents—and two of them have been with our office for less than one year. How amazing is that?!

One amazing agent closed ALMOST FIVE MILLION in production! 😍

We may not be the largest office in Rochester, but something very special is happening here. Our agents work hard, support one another, share ideas and genuinely celebrate each other’s success.

This is what teamwork, coaching, training, tools and technology look like when they all come together—and I could not be prouder of this group! (Can someone say HOME Platform?!?)

And real estate truly is a family affair! 🏡 Together, Chelsey and her husband, Evan, make a full-time real estate team — while also building an impressive investment portfolio of their own, including several investment properties and a Florida Airbnb.
