Yesterday during the children’s sermon at church, the minister asked the kids, “What are some bad things that can happen?”

One little child quietly answered: “Moving.”

That answer stayed with me.

As Realtors, we talk about moving every day — contracts, inspections, timelines, boxes, logistics. But for so many families (especially children), moving can feel overwhelming, emotional, uncertain, and even scary.

It reminded me that our jobs are about so much more than real estate.

We help people navigate change.
We help create calm in stressful moments.
We help families feel safe while their world is shifting.

And that matters.

No matter your faith or background, I think we can all agree the world needs more peace, patience, compassion, and kindness in business.

That’s the kind of leadership I pray for every day as I serve others. 💙
